Mogubuu

I first met Mogubuu in 2003 when my Japanese roomate introduced us. He was then a large, fluffy teddybear-like ball of love. He later moved on elsewhere. Down the street or to a different land, I'm not sure. But when he did, my roomate made a small sculpture of him so that I'd still have a piece of him after we parted. Now, sometimes he sits on my music and I think of old times.

I have somehow ended up working at an advertising agency for the last three years in addition to writing music. After having learned about advertising and its innermost secrets, I started my own music company focusing on, among other things, writing music for advertising. The last year or so I have written several pieces for online campaigns, tv and radio, including work for NikeID, Nike Shox and Coca Cola.

Only a small part of my music-output goes to advertising. I think it's important to keep it this way so that I first and foremost write the music I want to be writing rather than trying to always cater to somebody elses creative direction. I try to only take on projects that stay pretty close to the music I would be making anyway - since this is what I do the best. That being said though, I'd love to hear from you if you have a project you think might fit my music
